Suggestion: Select appropriate or corresponding bearing installation tools, and test with instruments after installation.

Two, poor lubrication.

According to the investigation, poor lubrication is one of the main reasons for premature damage of bearings processed by CNC gantry milling machine. The main reasons include: not filling lubricant or lubricating oil in time; Lubricant or lubricating oil is not well filled; Improper selection of lubricant or lubricating oil; The lubrication is not correct and so on.

Suggestion: choose the right lubricant or lubricating oil and use the right lubrication filling method.

Pollution.

Pollution can also lead to premature bearing damage, pollution refers to dust, metal chips and so on into the bearing. The main reasons include: open the bearing packaging too early before use, causing pollution; Installation of the working environment is not clean, resulting in pollution; The working environment of bearings is not clean, and the working medium is polluted.

Suggestion: Do not unpack the bearing before use; Keep the installation environment clean when installing, and clean the bearings to be used; Increase the sealing device of the bearing.

Four, fatigue.

Fatigue failure is a common damage mode of bearings processed by CNC gantry milling machine. Common reasons for fatigue failure may be: bearing long-term load operation; Not timely maintenance; Improper maintenance; Equipment aging.

Suggestion: Select the appropriate bearing type and replace the fatigue bearing regularly and in time.
